BPS Activity Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting in March 2024 in Lampung Province

Following up on the letter from the Head of BPS Lampung Province Number B-499/18000/PW.100/2024 dated March 28 2024 regarding the Invitation to the 2024 Monthly Activity Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting.

All employees took part in the March 2024 activity evaluation via zoom in the Mesuji Regency BPS meeting hall. This monthly evaluation is routinely held every month by the BPS of Lampung Province starting in January 2024. From the results of the evaluation meeting, activities are monitored by the BPS of Regency Cities throughout Lampung Province every month. For several important activities, an assessment is carried out for ranking.

The activity components included in the calculation of the Monthly Performance Index (IKB) 1. Public Service Performance (National web ranking) 2. RB Development Performance (ZI development score) 3. Budget Performance (BOS realization of OM-SPAN and Digipay spending) 4. HR Performance (HR Technical Tasks) 5. Technical Performance (Survey assessment of objects, businesses and other objects)

In the March assessment, the highest IKB rank 1 was BPS West Tulang Bawang Regency with 56 points, the second rank was BPS Bandar Lampung City with 54 points and the third rank was East Lampung Regency with a score of 52
