August 2021 Lampung experienced a deflation of 0.5 percent

Abstract

In August 2021, the Lampung CPI index decreased from 107.44 in July 2021 to 106.90 in August 2021. Thus there was a deflation of 0.50 percent.

Based on the calculation of calendar year inflation (point to point), August 2021 experienced inflation of 0.51 percent, then year on year (yoy) inflation in August 2021 against August 2020 was 1.29 percent.

Of the two monitoring cities in Lampung in August 2021, Bandar Lampung City experienced a deflation of 0.53 percent, and Metro City experienced a deflation of 0.28 percent.
