Abstract

Human development in Lampung in 2016 continues to progress marked by the continued increase in the Human Development Index (HDI) of Lampung. In 2016, Lampung IPM has reached 67.65. This figure increased by 0.70 points compared with the Lampung IPM in 2015 which amounted to 66.95.
In 2016, human development in Lampung is still "moderate", equal to its status in 2015. Lampung's HDI in 2016 grew by 1.05 percent compared to 2015.
During the period 2015 to 2016, the components of the HDI also increased. Newborns have an opportunity to live up to 69.94 years, an increase of 0.04 years over the previous year. 7-year-olds have an opportunity to attend school for 12.35 years, an increase of 0.1 years compared to 2015. Meanwhile, the population aged 25 years and over on average have been educated for 7.63 years, increased by 0, 07 years compared to the previous year. Per capita spending adjusted (constant 2012 prices) of the community has reached 9.16 million rupiah in 2016, an increase of 427 thousand rupiah compared to the previous year. .
