Monday (20/1), Acting Secretary (Plt.) Main Secretary (Sestama) of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Dadang Hardiwan, continued his last working visit to Lampung Province by visiting the BPS of Mesuji Regency. His arrival was warmly welcomed by the Head of BPS of Mesuji Regency and local employees.
During the visit, Acting Secretary conducted a direct review of various facilities in the office, including employee workspaces, meeting rooms, archive rooms, and other areas that support the activities of BPS of Mesuji Regency. He also visited the official residence designated for the head of BPS of Mesuji Regency. Acting Secretary also interacted with employees, listening to input related to the needs and challenges they face in carrying out their daily duties.
In addition, Acting Secretary held an open discussion session with employees, where they discussed various issues related to the organization, BPS governance, and developments in the collection and processing of statistical data. In the discussion, he emphasized the importance of good coordination and communication between employees at every level.
This activity ended with a joint meal, where Acting Secretary (Plt.) Sestama and employees enjoyed durian and dinner. This dinner together became a very valuable moment to strengthen the relationship between leaders and employees. The activity was continued with a group photo. This visit confirmed BPS's commitment to strengthening the relationship between leaders and all levels of employees, as well as ensuring the creation of a productive, harmonious, and mutually supportive work environment for the achievement of better organizational goals in the future.
